Amaya + Nadine started with a mission to make sure every home was able to have attainably layered signature scents with clean and natural ingredients.
Since then, it has all made it it's purpose to culturally represent the Latino community.
We're proud to be a Certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise in NJ. All of our products are made by hand, in small batches, out of our home.
We are committed to cruelty-free practices. All our products are not tested on animals and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Our products are crafted with sustainably and ethically sourced premium fragrance and essential oils. Free from parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, and dyes. All of our products are natural. We use a proprietary coconut soy wax blend, and cotton wicks.
Our products are safe to use around your family and pets.
All of our products are 100% handmade, poured, and natural. We use a proprietary coconut soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and clean fragrances. If the scent has "vanilla" as a note, it is possible that your candle may yellow after each use. Additionally, due to how natural our products are, imperfections may be possible.
We test hundreds (100s) of our candles before any product launch to ensure safety and longevity. Rest assured, there is nothing wrong with your candle and you are safe to continue using.

We understand that personal scent preferences can be unique! If you find that a fragrance you ordered isn't quite right, don't hesitate to reach out.
We're happy to help you exchange it for another option or process a return and refund (please refer to our return policy) Our goal is for you to absolutely love your fragrance experience.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@amayanadine.com. Please note that you will be charged for the shipping label to return the item back to us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, final sale, gift cards, or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can mail out a new item. Please contact us at info@amayanadine.com if you have any questions.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@amayanadine.com.
